How to Use the Wall Safe More Effectively?

To better utilize the wall safe, start by using a stud finder to locate two studs on the wall. Though the exact horizontal positions may not be exact, mark where you want the top and bottom inner lip of the safe to be with two horizontal lines. Next, use a sheetrock saw to find the studs and draw a box on the wall between the top and bottom lines. Carefully cut along the studs until you reach one of the lines, removing any insulation and ensuring your cuts are straight. Place the safe into the hole and mark the studs through the screw holes on the side. Drill out the holes slightly smaller than the wood screws provided for easier installation. Reinsert the safe and use a ratchet to fasten the screws securely.
